Steel melting induction furnace system protection:

4. Safety protection of control circuit: The control power supply adopts the input of isolation transformer, and the circuit board adopts wide voltage input range and high stability switching power supply.

5. Low water pressure protection: The electric contact pressure gauge sets the water pressure alarm, the water pressure is less than the set value, the alarm is output to the main board, and the inverter stops.

6, water temperature high protection: according to user needs, provide temperature detection switch, the temperature is higher than the temperature of the temperature control switch, that is, the water temperature high alarm, output to the motherboard, the inverter stops.

Steel melting induction furnace operation method:

1. Work:

1) Open the furnace body, electric water cooling system, (turn on the electric air-cooling switch), check whether the water level of the spray, fan and pool is normal, check whether the water pressure is normal, and require the water pressure of the electric plate to be greater than 0.15Mpa. The pressure is greater than 0.2Mpa, carefully check the electric plate and the water clamps of the furnace body to ensure no water leakage. After the water cycle is normal, proceed to the next step.

2) Ensure that the steel and iron to be melted in the furnace are in contact with each other and ensure that more than two-thirds of the furnace capacity is achieved. It is better to avoid irregular voids in the furnace.

3) Turn the power knob to the minimum, turn on the control power switch, press the main power switch, the DC voltage is established, and the next step is performed when the DC voltage rises to 500V (380V incoming line).

4) Press the ‘Start’ button, the inverter starts and the electric furnace starts working.

5) In the first furnace, in the case of cold furnace and cold material, slowly adjust the power knob to one-half of the rated power, heat for 15-20 minutes, then slowly adjust the power knob to the rated power to heat until the desired temperature is reached. .

6) Starting from the second furnace, after filling the charge, slowly adjust the power knob to two-thirds of the rated power, heat for 10 minutes, then slowly adjust the power knob to the rated power, and heat until the desired temperature is reached. 7) Power Turn the knob to the minimum, pour the molten iron that has reached the temperature, and then fill the steel, repeat step 6).

2. Steel melting induction furnace stops:

1) To reduce the power to a minimum, press the ‘Main Power Stop’ button.

2) Press the 'Stop' button.

3) Turn off the control power switch, pay special attention: At this time, the capacitor voltage has not been discharged, and you cannot touch the components and copper bars in the electric disk to avoid electric shock accidents!

4) The power cabinet cooling water can stop the circulation, but the furnace cooling water must continue to cool for more than 6 hours to stop.
