Water-cooled Reactor used for IF/MF induction furnace

Introduce:Structural features 1. The reactor is of single-phase structure and is of iron core type. 2. The core is made of high-quality low-loss cold-rolled silicon steel sheet. The core column is divided into uniform small sections by multiple air gaps. The air gap is made of epoxy laminated glass cloth board and coated with special adhesive to ensure the reactance air gap. No changes and no noise during operation. 3. The coil is made of high-quality T2 rectangular copper tube, which runs in water cooling mode and has good heat dissipation effect. 4. The fasteners of the reactor core are made of non-magnetic materials to ensure that the reactor has a low temperature rise. 5. The exposed parts are treated with anti-corrosion treatment, and the lead terminals are made of tinned copper.
