The frequency is at 100HZ---500HZ with a selected turn-off time of 20μs-45μs for KK-type thyristors.

 The frequency is at 500HZ--- 1000HZ with a selected turn-off time of 18μs-25μs for KK-type thyristors.

The KK-type thyristor with a frequency of 1000HZ--2500HZ with a selected turn-off time of 12μs to 18μs.

KKG-type thyristors with a frequency of 2500HZ---4000HZ with a selected turn-off time of 10μs to 14μs.

The KA-type thyristor with a frequency of 4000HZ---8000HZ with a selected off-time of 6μs - 9μs.
