Transmission line:
The total length of the transmission line is 43 meters, of which 4 are 5.5 meters × 1.2 meters, one is 8 meters × 1.2 meters, and one is 10 meters × 1.2 meters. The base and transmission wheel brackets are all welded by 14# channel steel. 5.5 meters of 4 sets of tires, 8 meters of 6 sets of tires, 10 meters of 7 sets of tires.
The driving wheel and the driven wheel are respectively mounted on the adjustable plate of the screw rod, which facilitates the adjustment of the production size tube. There are 4 transmission powers , all of which adopt frequency conversion speed regulation. The frequency converter adopts Hailipu frequency converter, and the frequency conversion speed regulation makes the steel pipe transmission smooth, so that the thickness of the anti-corrosion layer is uniform. We also use a pressure tube mechanism to prevent the pipe from affecting the pipe being processed during acceleration and decoupling. The base has a height adjustment screw to facilitate horizontal adjustment of the production line.
The tires are made of 400-8 type weighted tires and connected by a universal joint drive shaft. The reducer adopts a pendulum type, and the motor is a 2.2KW variable frequency motor. There are also 3 single racks (one of which is equipped with high temperature resistant tires) for easy chasing and pipe removal.

Descaling device 1 comprises a sleeve 2 and the like protection and dust discharge cover. The wire wheel has a diameter of 150mm and a rotational power of 2.2kw.
Air compressor:
The air compressor adopts a 6- cube screw air compressor, a 1.5- cubic gas storage tank, and a 6- cubic air dryer, supporting the gas path and control part.
