This set of bar medium frequency induction heating furnace is mainly used for the overall heat transfer of bars with a diameter of 16-35 mm and a length of 25-46 mm . The final heating temperature is 1150 °C. TABLE core temperature difference: less than 50 ℃ detailed in the table below:

2. Induction heater :
2.1 Induction heater is a quick change joint structure.

3 , the description of the work process :
The operator manually discharges the unheated workpiece on the feeding trough, and the pushing mechanism pushes the workpiece rolled into the furnace pushing trough into the induction furnace under the action of the cylinder. The mechanical structure part design requires firmness, flexibility, reasonableness, and convenient operation and maintenance.
