On the case that Party A entrusted Party B to produce 1 ton of medium frequency melting furnace (two aluminum shell furnaces), the following agreement was reached through friendly negotiation between the two parties:
First, the equipment composition:
1, KGPS-500/1.0 intermediate frequency power supply cabinet
2, IF capacitor cabinet
3, 1000KG aluminum melting furnace body (aluminum shell)
4, mechanical tilting device two sets
5, tilting furnace control box
6, water-cooled cable (standard) two sets
7, water dispenser
8. Connect the copper bars

Second, the main technical parameters:
1. The rated power of the equipment: 500KW
2. The rated frequency of the equipment: 1000HZ
3, the highest melting temperature of the equipment: 1600 ° C
4. The equipment should have protection functions such as overpressure, overcurrent, phase loss and water pressure.
5. Adopt Party B's latest constant power control circuit.
6. Party B shall provide Party A with technical drawings and installation foundation drawings, product instruction manuals and certificates of conformity.
8. Party A shall provide 10 cubic meters per hour of water source with a water pressure of 0.2 to 0.3 MPa.
9. Party A shall be equipped with 380V, 50HZ, three-phase four-wire power supply 630KVA.
Third, commissioning installation and after-sales service:
1. Party B shall perform free on-site commissioning and be responsible for free training for Party A's staff.
2. Party B shall actively cooperate with Party B during the on-site commissioning process.
3. Party B will guide Party A to install it on site.
4. The warranty period of the equipment is one year, and Party B guarantees to respond to the service within 24 hours.
Fourth, the acceptance criteria and the time limit for filing an objection:
1. After the on-site commissioning of Party B, Party A shall conduct the acceptance within 5 days. If the equipment is not accepted and accepted within 5 days, it shall be deemed as acceptance.
2. During the acceptance period, the furnace shall be melted for 3 months. If the furnace is smelted, the failure shall be deemed as acceptance.
V. This Agreement is attached to the contract. Both Party A and Party B are responsible for each other. If there are any outstanding issues, the two parties will resolve the dispute through negotiation.
