Furnace structure
For different heated workpieces, different heating furnaces should be replaced during heating. In order to facilitate the replacement and reduce the workload when replacing the furnace body, our heating furnace is designed as an overall quick change type (see picture). Quick change is possible when changing the furnace body for different heated workpieces.
The water connection is a quick connector. For reliable electrical connection and quick replacement, a large stainless steel bolt connection is used. Simply replace the bolt and open the water fitting locking device when replacing.
Quick-change joints for water-repellent joints: In order to facilitate the replacement of the furnace body, a quick-change joint is adopted in the design of the pipeline joint, as shown below.
Quick change connector
Its material is made of stainless steel grade 316. Mainly composed of threaded interface parts, hose interface parts, fastening wrenches, sealing washers, etc. The biggest feature of this quick-change joint is that the threaded interface parts and the hose interface parts can be matched with each other, and the fastening of the wrench is convenient and the sealing performance is good.
Furnace lining: The lining is made of silicon carbide or integral knotting. The temperature is above 1450 °C. It has good insulation, heat insulation, and is resistant to chilling heat and impact.
uInduction furnace water cooling rail: Water-cooled rail is installed on the induction furnace lining to heat the workpiece to run on the rail. In order to improve the life of the water-cooled track, our company has built a layer of wear-resistant material on the water-cooled track to greatly improve the life of the water-cooled track.
