6.1 furnace body
The furnace body is composed of an induction coil, an aluminum alloy furnace shell, an electric tilting furnace device and the like.

6.1.1 Induction coil

6.1. 2. Parameters of induction coil and charge
The parameters of the induction coil and charge are optimized using specialized computer software. It guarantees the best electromagnetic coupling efficiency at the same capacity. Considering that the electric furnace needs to be over-loaded, the rated capacity is artificially larger than the nominal capacity at the time of design. Only in this way can the liquid level of the charge not exceed the upper plane of the water cooling ring when the maximum charge of the electric furnace is ensured. Because the lining of the upper part of the water cooling ring is not cooled, if this part is in contact with the charge for a long time, a higher temperature will be generated, and the lining will be cracked at the upper water cooling ring.
6.2 , water-cooled cable
The joint of the water-cooled cable is crimped to the copper strand by a cold press forming process. In this way, the connection is firm, the contact resistance is small, and the copper strand is not damaged. It can withstand more than 8t of tension between its single joint and copper wire . The outer casing of the water-cooled cable is made of a special flame-retardant rubber tube. This hose is not easy to burn and has good strength. It can withstand 0 . 5Mpa water pressure without leaking or rupturing.

6.3 , refractory clay
The coil cement is made of refractory clay for the United States coal ore smelting furnace coil, which has the characteristics of good strength, high temperature resistance and good insulation.
6.4 The reducer for tilting furnace adopts the special reducer for induction furnace produced by well-known domestic manufacturers. The speed of the tilting furnace is uniform and the quality is reliable. The tilting of the medium frequency electric furnace body is directly driven by the tilting gear box. The tilting gear reducer is a two-stage worm gear with variable speed and self-locking performance, which is stable and reliable when rotating. In case of emergency power failure, the furnace can be manually tilted to avoid thedanger of the furnace being overheated and burning the coil .
