Frequently remove dust from the power distribution cabinet, especially the outside of the thyristor core.
Always check whether the water pipe is firmly tied, remove the scale on the inner wall of the cooling water pipe in time to ensure sufficient water flow, and replace the aging and cracked water pipes in time. The dirt in the cooling pool must be removed in time to avoid blocking the water pipe.
The device should be inspected regularly, and the bolts and nut connections of all parts of the device should be inspected and tightened regularly.
Regularly check the water pressure gauge.
Always check that the tank wiring is good and the insulation is reliable. The slot of the inverter device is prone to "short circuit" and "discharge" due to the harsh working environment. Therefore, strengthening the maintenance of busbars, water-cooled cables, sensors, etc. is an important part of ensuring the safe operation of the system.
