Medium frequency furnace safety operation procedures
First, theintermediate frequency furnace must be worn with protective equipment. Insulated floors (bakelite or wood, recommended wood) must be used within 50 cm of the operating platform. It is forbidden to operate directly on the steel platform.
Second, before the furnace is opened, the reliability of the rotating crane and the ear, steel rope and ring of the hopper must be carefully checked. After confirming that the equipment is in good condition, it can be energized to open the furnace.
3. When steel is used, no one is allowed within 1 meter from the furnace mouth.
4. When feeding into the furnace, it is strictly forbidden to put the sealed container, flammable materials and objects with water into the furnace to prevent injury.
5. The operator must wear protective goggles when slag is smashed within the safe range of the furnace mouth.
6. It is strictly forbidden to carry out the work on the operation counter.
7. On the operation platform, the operator must wear electrician shoes to prevent over-current, otherwise it is strictly forbidden to carry out work.
8. Unrelated personnel may not enter the power distribution room. When the electrical equipment fails, the electrician must repair the power transmission, and must check whether the relevant part is operated, and confirm that the power can be sent.
9. When the intermediate frequency furnace is repaired or tapped during the working process, it must be powered off. It is strictly forbidden to work with electricity.
10. When tapping, no work is allowed in the tapping pit.
11. Stable when sampling, no steel splash, excess molten steel should be poured back into the furnace. The sample can be demolded before it is solidified.
12. Circulating water should be checked frequently to see if it is unblocked. Prevent hot water from being burnt when replacing water pipes.
13. During the working process, the yoke screws should be tightened under the furnace every 3 days, and the yoke screws must be tightened. Otherwise, the furnace should not be opened. Always check the lining and find that there may be a power outage immediately when signs of burning the wall are likely to be burned. , carry out emergency treatment, or renew the furnace. If the upper bulge of the lining is more than 50mm, it is necessary to observe whether there is obvious broken lining on the inner wall of the lining. The broken lining needs to be treated from the new furnace. The yoke screw should be tightened every time the new lining is lining.
14. All tools should be stored in an orderly manner and checked for integrity before use.
15. Do not allow water cups, buckets and other sundries on the console to keep it clean and smooth.
16. When the platform forklift driver drives the car, it is necessary to check whether there are people or sundries around, and then start again. The speed of the car is slow, and it is strictly forbidden to drive.
17. Before the feeding, the final inspection of the hopper is carried out. When there are obvious suspicious objects, they are taken out and carefully recorded.
