7. The inlet and outlet pipes of the sensor are connected with the main pipe by quick-change joints and hoses, which are not affected by the position error, so the quick connection of the sensor waterway can be realized.
8. The sensor can be quickly replaced, each replacement time is less than 10 minutes, and the mobile trolley is equipped for replacement of the sensor.
9. The furnace is designed with a fixed bracket that can be adjusted up and down. Through the adjustment of the manual worm gear lifter, the center lines of the furnaces of different specifications can be realized at the same height. It can effectively ensure that the steel pipe passes through the inductor smoothly without colliding with the furnace body. This device has an adjustment range of ±50 and is suitable for φ95-φ130 steel pipe.
