Application of metal melting furnace in the field of metal melting
The metal melting furnace is smelted by induction heating. It is mainly used for smelting hot metal such as gold, K gold, silver, copper and stainless steel. The development of induction heating technology has led to the use of metal smelting in the field of metal melting.
As early as the 20th century, due to the development of electric power and semiconductor technology, the development of variable frequency power supply technology was greatly promoted, which provided a technical basis for the application of induction heating technology in heat treatment and promoted multi-faceted process support. Obviously, in early 1982 , induction heating technology began to be used in heat treatment such as hot pressing, normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering, and achieved remarkable results.
As early as during World War II, countries such as Europe and the United States used vacuum smelting equipment to develop them into practical applications. They were used for melting steel, bearing steel, pure iron, stainless steel and other metal materials. In this way, the fracture strength and high temperature toughness of the material were used. The oxidation resistance has been improved.
The melting of metal melting furnace equipment 
produced by China is relatively small, and it has certain limitations in the melting operation. In recent years, we have developed and promoted some advanced smelting equipment in the field of heat treatment industry, which has improved the temperature and overall quality of molten metal. For example, the metal melting furnace has been applied, but the number of castings is only 1% . Some cast non-ferrous alloy plants still use backward smelting technologies such as fuel oil and coke ovens.Melting equipment such as metal melting furnaces are only used in a few batch production lines.
