It is equipped with 250KW and 500KW two intermediate frequency heating equipment. Before the 250KW is used in the descaling machine, the surface moisture of the steel pipe is removed to improve the descaling effect. 500KW is used for epoxy powder coating. The GP-2000 high-voltage built-in electrostatic sprayer is equipped with 8 spray guns. The electrostatic generator of the spray gun, the power supply control of the spray chamber, and the control of the spray chamber recovery fan are all installed centrally in the centralized control cabinet.
