Overview of the operation of manganese brass ingot medium frequency heating equipment and furnace switching :
Manually placing the workpiece to be heated into the feeder on the rafter, and feeding the workpiece to be heated in a stepwise manner to the nip roller feeding system by the hopper on the rafter, and then setting the workpiece according to the nip roller feeding system The good feed rate is sequentially fed into the heating furnace for heating, and the workpiece is heated by the heating inductor. After the heating is completed, the workpiece is quickly conveyed by the quick discharging mechanism to perform temperature detection to prevent temperature loss. An infrared thermometer is arranged at the outlet of the inductor to perform temperature detection on the heated workpiece. After the temperature detection system completes the detection, the PLC sends the signal to the intermediate frequency power cabinet under the condition that the workpiece temperature is insufficient , so that the heated workpiece is reached. The required temperature, temperature and power control, the temperature of the power cabinet automatically drops when the temperature is over-fired, and the temperature of the discharge is guaranteed to reach the required temperature. After the temperature detection is completed, the workpiece with the qualified temperature is sent to the next process by the three sorting mechanisms. The workpieces whose heating temperature is unqualified are sorted separately for high temperature and insufficient temperature.
