1 Overview:
The aluminum indium intermediate frequency heater is suitable for on-line heating and heating of trapezoidal aluminum ingots . The equipment is mechatronic structure. The complete set of equipment includes KGPS 300kw /0.2KHZ medium frequency power supply, one set of analog induction heater and one set of reactive compensation capacitor group. , a set of temperature online closed-loop control system, a set of sliding guides for horizontal movement of equipment, and a set of water cooling systems (optional).
This set of equipment is used for online warming of trapezoidal aluminum ingots. The rated power of the equipment is 300kw , the rated frequency is 200HZ , and the online temperature is 60-150 °C. For the cross-section of 2350 square millimeters, the output of aluminum ingots is more than 4T per hour . Because the equipment automatically adjusts the output power, The equipment power consumption is controlled within 60 kWh; the equipment dimensions are 2400 × 1200 × 1300mm (or according to user requirements), the total weight is about 2.5T , and the water demand is about 15 t / h . The bottom of the device is designed with a linear guide that can be moved laterally by about 1 meter to facilitate removal of the device without heating the multiplier.
The equipment adopts temperature closed-loop control mode (also designed with manual manual operation mode). After the aluminum ingot enters the furnace body, the equipment can be started. The user only needs to set the temperature of the aluminum ingot. The output power of the equipment is based on the initial temperature of the aluminum ingot and the final setting. The temperature is automatically adjusted, completely overturning the drawbacks of the same type of equipment to adjust the power can not adjust the temperature. When the equipment is running, there is no need to be on duty. Even if the aluminum ingot suddenly stops in the furnace, the power of the equipment will be automatically adjusted to the state of heat preservation, and the aluminum ingot will not be burnt.
The frequency doubled heater device has the characteristics of high automation, fast heating speed, small temperature difference of aluminum ingot core, energy saving, stable and reliable operation.
