Ladle features

Use and maintenance of ladle
1. refractory mud, the thickness of which is:
   0.5 ton to 3 ton side wall 60 mm bottom 80 mm;
   5 tons of side walls 80 mm bottom 100 mm;
   10 tons of side wall 100 mm bottom 120 mm;
   More than 10 tons of side walls 150 mm bottom mm;
2 , check the hand wheel, should live freely, no jamming phenomenon.
3 , in the two trunnion rolling bearings, add molybdenum disulfide grease once a week.
4. Check if the handwheel locks the card board safely and reliably.
5. Check if there is any oil shortage in the gearbox and check it once a week.
6. After using for a long time, it is found that the gap of the worm gear is increased, and the worm gear pair should be replaced when it is safe to pour.
