The mechanical transmission device comprises : an inclined roller conveyor unit, a gear motor, a loading platform and a discharging platform , a loading and unloading mechanism, and the like.

The control part includes: sensor, infrared thermometer, PLC , industrial computer, operation cabinet and so on.

The set of equipment sensors is a whole structure, which can realize quick positioning and installation, quick connection of water and electricity , and can be easily adjusted up and down to meet the heating requirements of steel pipes of various specifications.

Second, the thick-walled steel pipe heat treatment process and work process description:

1 , heat treatment process:

1. The steel pipe is placed on the loading platform by the crane to carry out the baling → the feeding machine shifts the lifting and feeding → the variable frequency feeding roller conveys the steel pipe forward → quenching , normalizing electromagnetic induction heating to the process required temperature ( 850 ~ 112 0 deg.] C) composed of an infrared temperature measurement and feedback cutting → stocker internet closed-loop control regulating electromagnetic power frequency induction heating furnace → → spray quench cutting machine translation movements

Third , the main description of the equipment and technical indicators

Power supply: 27 00KW (divided into 4 sets of 600 KW heating power supply ) + 3 00kW ( 1 set of 30 0KW insulation power supply );

Power frequency: 5 00HZ ; 8 00HZ ; 10 00HZ ;

Fourth, the determination of the frequency and power of the medium frequency induction hardening power supply for thick-walled steel pipes :

1, a heating apparatus of the present set of requirements than the Curie point heating furnace according to the selected frequency is calculated to be 5 00Hz and 8 00Hz, so that frequency power supply selection of two frequencies.

2. According to the weight of the steel pipe and the tactility of the production cycle, the required heating power is 2 400KW+300KW . This power can meet the overall quenching and tempering of all steel pipes , but the heating speed of different steel pipes is different .
