The stepped cooling bed can meet the annual production capacity of 10 to 1 million tons.
The step type cooling bed is composed of a feeding system, a cooling bed body, a flushing device and a feeding device. The feeding system adopts a cylindrical roller table to be inclined, the variable frequency roller motor is single driven, and the roller feeding is braked by a single skirt. The feeding mechanism has a curved plate type, a pinch roller with a running groove type, and a brake skirt type. Brake skirt lifting includes hydraulic, mechanical and other structural forms. The cold bed body is stepped. The input roller is driven by inverter control or AC, and the output roller adopts AC drive.

The cold bed is the countertop for the effective cooling of rolled products (rebar, steel, steel pipes, etc.) in the metallurgical rolling industry.
Classification: The cold bed mainly includes a tooth extraction type cold bed, a rack step type cooling bed, a finger type cooling bed, a carrier chain cooling bed, and a scroll type cooling bed.
Composition: The cold bed consists of mechanical transmission system, water cooling system, cold bed work surface, fixed bracket and so on.
Working principle: the rolled product is conveyed into the cooling bed through the roller conveyor, and then the workpiece arranged on the cooling bed is gradually moved to the top of the cooling bed by the stepping method of the rack, so as to achieve the cooling effect of the workpiece.
Main use: The cold bed equipment is mainly used for the slow and natural cooling of the steel plate after rolling. In the profile production line, the cold bed also has a pre-bending function on the profile to prevent the profile from being irregularly bent due to the quality of the various parts during the natural cooling process.
